Tanzania Philanthropy Organization brings together foundations, trusts, and philanthropists in Tanzania to enhance constructive and organized dialogue that fosters learning, sharing, and an enabling environment for the growth of local philanthropy in Tanzania.
Forum Objectives
- Consolidate and strengthen the voice of philanthropy in national development through documenting trends and fostering best practices for local philanthropy.
- Provide a platform for knowledge sharing and joint learning for philanthropy organizations, particularly foundations and trusts by consolidating, developing and sharing reliable philanthropy data in Tanzania.
- Lobbying Government collectively for an enabling environment for local Philanthropy in Tanzania.
