The Trailblazers Mentoring Foundation (TMF), a registered NGO in Uganda founded in 2013 by two remarkable former teenage mothers who transformed their personal experiences into a force for positive change. TMF champions the rights and well-being of young people, with a strong focus on adolescent girls and young women. Through holistic programs, TMF addresses teenage pregnancy, child marriage, and school dropout, working to ensure that every girl is empowered to complete her education and rise to her full potential.
