newer, non-hierarchical and collaborative ways to foster the type of creative thinking necessary
to reimagine the mundane. Agile and lean thinking, where product teams use a data-informed,
evidence-based approach to design, with rapid prototyping and frequent iterations to
continuously improve and refine, are arguably more important contributions to the world than
